2. About the Website

The Website currently provides information about Novo Games, our studio direction, design principles, development process and projects in development.

Projects described as pre-production, in development, TBA, locked, unknown or similar are not promises of release. Concepts, features, platforms, names, timing and development plans may change, be delayed or be cancelled.

Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell a product unless we expressly state otherwise.

You may access and use the Website for lawful personal, informational and ordinary business purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, branding, visual identity, graphics, layout, text, code, artwork and Novo Games logo are owned by or licensed to Novo Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You must obtain written permission before using Novo Games branding, logos or original Website content for commercial purposes, redistribution, merchandise, advertising, derivative works or public representation of Novo Games.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive game concepts, designs, code, artwork or other creative material unless Novo Games has specifically asked you to do so under agreed terms.

If you voluntarily send unsolicited ideas or materials without an agreement, you acknowledge that we may already be developing similar ideas and that your submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership or development relationship.

This section does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Novo Games.

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or vulnerability-free operation.
